Arlene lives in Walthamstow and has been a producer of local honey since 1998, when she moved into the Waltham Forest area of Chingford. Her hives are located in her garden Apiary.
Her honey is completely pure and raw. “From hive to jar with the help of a few million bees” is her moto.
She is also a producer of gluten free cakes, bread and spelt sourdough.
She has been experimenting with water kefir for the past couple of years and now produces natural water kefir, which was very popular at the Leytonstone Market.
