Sara is a self-taught chef who moved from Italy to London in 2011. After working for several vegan restaurants and bakeries, she started her own vegan food business out of a passion for made-from-scratch slow vegan food with high quality, seasonal, local ingredients, Pomodoro E Basilico was born.
Her cooking is proper Italian, 100% vegan and home-made, with a strong link to Italian food traditions and she is always open to new cuisines and influences. Everything, from the condiments and patties to the bread, are made from scratch.
