Holy Sugar is a micro bakery based in East London. All their products are made from scratch in their kitchen and they source most of their ingredients locally. Flour is from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire, dairy come from The Estate Dairy in Bristol and eggs from Hawkstone Eggs in Shropshire. They select the best of what is in season for their fruit pies and other bakes. They try to keep their packaging to a minimal and takeaway boxes and containers are 100% biogradable or recyclable.
