Matt Glassman runs a small-scale mushroom farm in Mill Hill. Forest Floor Fungi is dedicated to cultivating premium-quality gourmet mushrooms, locally grown with a focus on freshness, flavour, and variety.
Matt uses additive free, traditional mushroom growing techniques using bags and buckets, grown in a hydrophonics tent. The substrates they use are all natural waste products, such as straw pellets, sunflower husks and hardwood pellets.
