A Good Egg was hatched from Mark Newman's love of street food and a quest to find the perfect scotch egg. What started out as a bit of a fun, led to a real passion and wonder about how they managed to get that runny yolk and crispy coating. The only way to find out was to make his own.
After a while Mark started to make them for family and work colleagues, and it appeared he was on to something as he was continually told… you should sell these!
