So Chilli is a husband and wife team. It started as a hobby some years ago, and they succeeded in growing some of the rarest and hottest chillies in the world.
They are keen to share this with the community and will bring the actual plants to the markets so that you can see the amazing specimens! New this year they will be offering potted chilli plants for sale at market.
Jo and Audrey have developed a range of chilli jams and preserves from mild to hot to suit all tastes. They experiment with new flavours with seasonal fruits and spicy twists.
