Joy’s Caribbean fusion (jcf vegan ) is a plant based food business which encourages sustainability of locally produced food.
Their aim is to reduce food waste, promote healthy eating, encourage recycling and reduce the use of single use plastic in the community.
Dishes are handmade from original recipes, produced using locally sourced British food, infused with delicious Caribbean spices and are free from additives and preservatives.
Their home made sweet pepper sauce is also available for sale at the market.
Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers to take their food away or enjoy their meals from Joy's coconut bowls which are returned for reuse after eating. Their takeaway food are served in fully recyclable paper plates and all cutlery are fully recyclable.
