Merit are a family-run business growing and selling gourmet mushrooms. Their story with the cultivation of mushrooms goes back many years, starting off as a hobby based on their knowledge and passion from university forestry studies. Based in Elstree, Hertfordshire, all their mushrooms are grown on natural, sterilised, wood-based substrates in a bug-free, controlled indoor environment without the use of chemicals.
