Cathy started Miriam’s Munchies in Harrow in 2007, baking delicious cakes using high quality, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. On our mobile coffee van, we serve a range of our homemade cakes and brownies by the slice, alongside barista made coffees, teas and hot chocolates.
All the cakes are hand-made at home in small batches, and contain only the best ingredients, including unsalted butter, Shipton Mill organic flour and free-range eggs. For our barista drinks we source from local companies using freshly ground beans sourced and roasted by Monmouth Coffee Company, Birchall teas, chai & Copperhouse Organic Hot Chocolates.
