Based in Cambridgeshire we have Lord Pesto. Adopting an early nickname earnt trading at London Farmers Markets, Lord Pesto exudes the qualities that make the stall so popular, always striving to be seasonal, keeping the focus on freshness, creating sometimes simple and bold - other times a highly complex depth of flavour. That and always holding a simple mantra, of ‘light-heartedly English’ the approach is an English interpretation of traditional Italian pasta and sauces. The Lord's work is never complete, there is a constant process of research and testing to further push the stall forwards.
Established since 2004, (formerly trading as Phil’s Pesto and Pasta) the stall began as a small selection of pesto sold on Wild Country Organics stall. We still to this day remain friends, and indeed one of our main suppliers of all things green and all the colours between!
