Peter Sikora set up The Culinary Herb Company in 2008, originally operating from a small allotment-size space in London. Things soon grew, though, and Peter started growing in Herriard, Hampshire, expanding his range to a vast number of different herbs, from the everyday to the exotic.
As Peter has started attending farmers' markets, he quickly found demand was outstripping supply, as he travelled around locations all over London and found welcoming herbaholics wherever he went. He has recently moved to a new, larger nursery on the outskirts of London (near Woking), meaning that he further reduces the time and distance he and his herbs spend travelling on their way to market.
If you would like sprouting seeds or any particular speciality herb from Peter, just ask - if he doesn't have it in stock, he'll probably grow it for next year!
