Tiny Fungi are a small scale mushroom farm in Laxton, near Stamford, England. Will and Nicole have been growing mushrooms since 2022 and have learned a lot in a short space of time about many varieties, especially polypore mushrooms such as lions mane and turkey tail and their many associated health benefits.
All of their mushrooms are grown by them or foraged from the woods surrounding their farm. The mushrooms are grown on a unique mix of wheat, millet and sawdust all sourced locally as Will and Nicole strive to be as low impact as they can.
