Venison Man was started by Kendall Cords from a love of wild meat, initially butchering and preparing game for family and local villagers.
All is game is harvested locally and everything is processed in his approved game larder situated in the small village of Lilley, Hertfordshire.
From steaks and roasting joints of venison, Kendall also makes his own sausages, burgers, and meatballs as well as game pies and venison rolls.
None of their meat is pre-packaged, so if you just want one sausage you don't need to buy more! The selling packaging they do use is compostable or recyclable.
