Wenlock Edge produce a range of British Charcuterie inspired by recipes handed down by their Swiss Grandmother. The Charcuterie range includes;-Prosciutto, coppa, bresaola, hunters’ salami, pork garlic & fennel salami, pork chilli & garlic salami, pancetta and chorizo.
