About this producer

Wenlock Edge produce a range of British Charcuterie inspired by recipes handed down by their Swiss Grandmother. The Charcuterie range includes;-Prosciutto, coppa, bresaola, hunters’ salami, pork garlic & fennel salami, pork chilli & garlic salami, pancetta and chorizo.

They were one of the first charcuterie producers in Britain and have recently gained success at the British Cured Meat awards, and they have also been shortlisted for best Charcuterie producer in the UK.
